Why We Built This Site
Michigan provides several public access routes, but each route has a narrow job. The Gladwin County Sheriff holds its incident and custody material. The 80th District Court and 55th Circuit Court keep filed charges and case outcomes. Michigan State Police manages ICHAT, while MDOC and the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry supply separate corrections and registry views. We assembled the verified portals, phone numbers, fee information, and request paths that help a reader choose among those offices.
What You Will Find Here
- Agency contacts: verified routes to the Gladwin County Sheriff, court counters, and Michigan record systems
- Official-check instructions: the difference between an ICHAT name search and a fingerprint personal review
- Record guides: how criminal court case records are located and read in Gladwin County
- Record-relief information: where Michigan set-aside applications are filed and how Clean Slate differs
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Michigan court, police department, sheriff's office, or state agency. Our role has firm limits:
- We do not issue certified court documents, rap sheets, or police records
- We cannot offer legal advice about a charge, warrant, set-aside, or case
- We do not submit FOIA requests, set-aside petitions, or other forms for a reader
- We cannot perform an official background check or retrieve a person's record
- We cannot promise that an agency will leave its address, fee, or procedure unchanged
An official copy must come from the office that maintains it, such as the Gladwin County court, the sheriff, or Michigan State Police CJIC.
Search Partners
Third-party companies operate the search boxes found on some pages. They control their own services, prices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set their charges or determine the information they return.
